We are seeking two detail-oriented (don’t forget, as you read this call) individuals to support the digitisation of historical BECE and WASSCE past examination papers into a structured digital format.

Our team has already successfully digitised several years of examination papers and has developed proven internal workflows, quality assurance procedures, and digitisation pipelines to complete this work efficiently. The selected individuals will be onboarded to these processes and provided with the necessary guidelines and standards.

Although we have established methods for carrying out this work, we welcome applicants with innovative ideas or approaches that could further improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, or quality assurance. We encourage you to include these in your proposal.

This phase of the project will involve digitising an additional 15 years of past examination papers across 10 subjects. The workload will be shared equally between two selected individuals, and based on our existing pipelines and previous experience, the expected timeline is considered realistic and achievable.

Any previous work involving transcription, digitisation, or educational content. If you do not have, but have past evidence of being great at delivering tasks and taking ownership of work, please include!

Any innovative ideas that you can show implementation viability from your side or tools you believe could improve the digitisation process beyond our existing internal workflows?
